Kite was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Adelaide hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He wears just a grey suit, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'11" when asserting himself. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Dain is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born into a rich family. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Dain took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born in the south to a Masseuse, Orla learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Orla was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Orla decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
