Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a glaive on her belt. She has dyed her greying scarlet crest a little too much giving a sharp scarlet color. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her red eyes.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rezena fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has wavy red hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Namfoodle grew up listening to his father's many stories. Through the years after Namfoodle was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Namfoodle's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body, and her gloved hand is found clutching a dagger. Her white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Her first spouse was a Barber, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Blacksmith, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and wants to raise her children well

Description: This man stands a little under 4'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in the west to a Servant, Aelar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Servant for the past few years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He dresses like a well dressed Gardener does. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Gardener responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
