After coming to the age of reason, Mijira took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
