History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Apothecary, but he got bored and became a Knight. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miner for the past few years.

Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
