History: Shamash hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears baggy blue pantaloons and a tan scarf. His blonde hair is still thick. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He takes great joy in being the best Cook in town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lamlis studied abroad. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He tends to his Cook job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was born in a small island village. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and wants to raise her children well

Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with blue slacks. Her blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
