History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Mugrunden alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears an entirely brown suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Patrick was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mason. He has achieved small success as a Mason.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a black shirt with thin yellow vertical stripes and black pants. Her hair is dark red and curly. Her red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Armara grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Armara. She struck the Sellsword job and began her own company from there.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty black coat over it, and is pretty ugly. She has moderate length red hair. Her eyes are likewise black. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Akta grew up listening to her mother's many stories. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She is content; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
