History: She got into the Dyer business at a young age. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Whurbin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Whurbin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Elegant alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Elegant and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
