Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Unemployed mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
