Description: This late middle aged man dresses like a well dressed Fortune-teller does and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His red eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Cressel was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Vlorn is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Vlorn hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to share knowledge with the world
