History: She was born at the edge of vast island. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Verna took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up pickaxe and armor she uses now. She bought a pickaxe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She uses divination through singing.

History: Griselda hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting gnolls, the young Griselda began to lead the lost caravan. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to end her boredom

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She is a Lamia in disguise. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
