Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He bought a spear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hobart was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Naal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'2" when asserting himself. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sailor.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Althaea hails from a village terrorized by goblins. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
