History: Born in the west to a Shepherd, Bûth learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Bûth was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Bûth's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shepherd.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Sora was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and regain custody of her son

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Bather. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Ur-Lisak was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bather. He's also a talented Crown-heir, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a red vest and prefers tan and black shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her hair is brown and curly. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Umpen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
