Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Nelkin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This dark-skinned female wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Sporting a black mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Alain isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Gifted from a young age, Alain studied abroad. Her parents enrolled her in a Commoner school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Hethress has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
