He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Birel hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She tends to her Shoemaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she dresses like a well dressed Unemployed does. Her black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Unemployed.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.
