Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Ida took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor she uses now. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Guard. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
