History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Being a Navigator kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was born in the east. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying east to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Pyra was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and revenge

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
