She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to orcs.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Alice was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Weaver. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Blacksmith. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Weaver responsibilities is difficult.

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Assassin for the past few years.
