Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kilia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kilia. She's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
