History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She tends to her Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
