History: Spear was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Rosalind was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
