Personality: Arannis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... The war was a terrible time for him, and Arannis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Arannis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Born to a Masseuse, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Surina and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: 3'8" and muscular, this southern man wears dull tan sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed pickaxe, just in case. His golden hair, when down, is lengthy. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sindri embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Voice: Forgets to breathe while speaking

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She keeps her blue crest in a pixie cut. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is a Layabout first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Layabout.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a mayor again

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new bookbinder responsibilities is difficult
