History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Carlin reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Shoemaker, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.
