History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Joser was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Joser's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. During his travels, Joser and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Joser discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Joser fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vani studied abroad. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Blacksmith business.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Silvo grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Halfling Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
