History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Banker. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Tailor. She's also a talented Shoemaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she feels threatened by others

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor. His white fur is greasy and uncared for. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. The war was a terrible time for him, and Dagger does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dagger was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is content.
