He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
