His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gifted student he started as a Mayor, but he got bored and became a Carter. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She usually wears her brown robe and has her halberd always slung over her shoulder. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Urshar abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion

Description: This man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized violet coat. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is short and black. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
