He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. He has gleaming, smiling white eyes.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Pelaios was born with his father's beautiful face. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Pelaios never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
