Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Neega abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.
