Description: 5'7" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears long strands of opal and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His silver hair is heavily combed to the left. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Barendd is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the east to a Scribe, Barendd learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'0" when asserting herself. She keeps her black fur in a pixie cut. Her half smiles and yellow eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She uses divination through singing.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: She wears a grey coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon her head. She is physically well-built. She wears her blonde hair down. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. A true patriot, Oriel would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Priest. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has black fur. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trail fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.
