Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Anne has worked very hard to control her curse. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
