Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Jade lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Jade has worked very hard to control his curse. He has achieved small success as a Tanner.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears long strands of aquamarine and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She wears her blonde hair down. Her ears are large.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Andry is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Andry was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in the north to a Mason, Darrak learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: He wears a violet cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are amber.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anthony fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This northern woman dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her silver hair is lengthy. Her half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.
