Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Balifra hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Balifra alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Balifra was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.
