Personality: Nagrette speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Nagrette and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Ruler. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Gimgen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gimgen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Agnes lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Agnes was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Gardener. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Gardener, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers
