History: He was born in a small mountains village. At a young age his mother died while driving off some drow. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shield use. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. Her blue crest is thinning but still full. Her eyes are gold and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born into a rich family. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Dentratha alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a white shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and is pretty ugly. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Damakos alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Tanner and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
