Description: She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her black fur is singed and shortened. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This younger middle-aged man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His white crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Jeweler. He struck the Jeweler job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His black crest is singed and shortened. His gold eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kaladan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When Kaladan reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Kaladan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This man stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, green shirt, and tan tie. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'8" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears bulky pastel painted plate armor. His cinnamon fur is greasy and uncared for. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Priest. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Expand his business.
