Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Flask was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Flask began to lead the lost caravan. After months of barely getting by, Flask managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Her chestnut hair is well kept. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She tends to wear a large red jacket. With wild red hair. Her eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and many giants want her driven away
