Personality: She is fixated on the number 54. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born to a Carter, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Harriet was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Harriet decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
