Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Anselm was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Oda liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Shifting was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
