Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for him, and Quarion does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Apothecary for the past few years.
