History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Shifting has worked very hard to control his curse. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Egelina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Egelina decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
