Helen Read, Female Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a white coat with brown slacks. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Helen was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Helen decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She is content.
Flaws: Mundane, Disease. Bonds: Religious, Criminal record. Occupation: Gardener

Tyna Underbough, Female Halfling [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she has money and likes to spend it
