Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. Being a Dyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This woman is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on her right hand. Her bronze crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Hillanot alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears white leather gloves, a white jacket, and tight pants. Her head has been shaved. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She found a children's book about a Halfling Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Masseuse.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Spice Merchant profession.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has achieved small success as a Sellsword.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and to be a spice merchant again

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Smoking was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
