History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears an entirely brown suit with blue socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His orange fur is braided into rings. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Spring was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Orc, and stands approximately 6'4". He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and his gloved hand is found clutching a glaive. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Gnarsh was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears tattered old clothes. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in the west to a Shoemaker, Oskar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He became a Shoemaker soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
