History: She was born into a rich family. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Ronobe's homeland. Ronobe decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

History: Carrie was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carrie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carrie. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
