Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Salanop was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

Description: She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Mayor. She is physically well-built. Her blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. The war was a terrible time for her, and Althaea does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Althaea hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with green colored cloaks and clothing. Her long red crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. This red eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Vezera is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Morkral was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He became a Marshal soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: Standing 3'8", this man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His hair is chestnut and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
