History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Kasdeya is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Kasdeya hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Kasdeya was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Shoemaker. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Kasdeya never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
