History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Merchant, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Symma hails from a village terrorized by illithids. At a young age her father died while driving off some illithids. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in whip use. She became a Carter soon after.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion; and to reunite with her absent father
