History: Rathkran was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Born in the north to a Courier, Keth learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Barrister, but he got bored and became a Courier. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
