History: She was born in a small mountains village. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she has decided she is irredeemable
