History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Through the years after Nithther was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nithther's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.
